Getting Started

The scheduling requests interface will allow you to provide your clients an easy to use form they can use to request appointments with you or your company. In order to utilize the client scheduling tools, there is a couple of things you will need to first setup within your system.

Scheduling Time Slots

The first thing you will want to do is define the time slots available for your customers to choose from.  These time slots let you define what day of the week, the starting and ending time, and will even allow you to limit this time slot to a particular office location.

In order to access the time slots configuration page, please go to the following menu:

Configuration -> Client Related -> Scheduling Timeslots

Scheduling Choices

The next thing you may want to do is define a list of choices that your customers can choose from when they request an appointment with you.

In order to access the time slots configuration page, please go to the following menu:

Configuration -> Client Related -> Scheduling Choices

Public Interface

In order for your clients to submit schedule requests, you will want them to use the public submission form.  You can access your public URL list by going to the following page.

Configuration -> Company Settings -> Public URLs

You will want to share the "Scheduling Requests" link to utilize the scheduling system.

Viewing Schedule Requests

Submitted scheduled requests will appear under the "Schedule Requests" page. You can access this page by going to the following:

Messages/Events -> Schedule Requests

You can then approve or postpone these requests.
