When clients send you a message through the 'Contact Us' form, these messages will be listed under the 'Contact Requests' page. You can then easily reply to these messages, forward them to another user or email address, or convert it to a 'Potential'.

When you convert a request to a potential, a contact record will be automatically created, if the system could not match the email address. You can then access this message along with other details about the potential sale, through the 'Potentials' interface.
